Driver For Nvidia Vanta

These
Zucchini packs today suggest that you look great and are aided and provided to fill in many things, so I can think of right now ... could fill a sausage with tomato, sautéed vegetables, beef, tuna tomatoes, goat cheese and leeks, etc.

This time I filled with a shrimp cream sauce. They were very good so I hope you like the idea and I feel encouraged to do them.

Ingredients:

- 2 medium zucchini
- Flour
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Parsley
- Turmeric (optional)
- Milk
- Oil
- 1 egg
- Sal

Prepared

We wash well unpeeled zucchini and cut them into thin slices. The blanch a few minutes in boiling water to make them more pliable and do not break to form packets.

In a skillet
we take a splash of oil, gilded onion and garlic, add one tablespoon of flour and milk that supports up to form a thick bechamel. Salt it and pour the chopped parsley and a pinch of turmeric. We let it cool.

each packet to form two layers of zucchini placed cross in the center put the filling and close the package.

Battered first by flour, then beaten egg and fry in plenty of oil over a not very strong so the zucchini is done, although it should be al dente.
