s Hi everybody!
today's recipe is made with monkfish but you can do with the fish that you like. They are very rich and are not hard to do, so encouragement.
Ingredients:
- 500 grs. Monkfish
- 2 potatoes
- 1 piece of fresh bread crumbs before
- 1 egg
- salt
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- oil
-
flour - 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can diced or crushed tomato
- 1 squid ink sac
Prepared
Peel and cut potatoes and boil in salted water.
Boil in salted water angler a couple of minutes to make it easier to take off the backbone and chop. (Reserve broth)
We put on the chopping potatoes, chopped monkfish, egg, bread crumbs soaked in milk and garlic and grind. We put some time in the fridge to harden and be easier to form the meatballs.
dipped in flour and fry in oil.
Chop the onion and pepper and place it in a pan gently fry oil. When you can add tomatoes, cook for a bit and add the ink dissolved in the broth to cook the monkfish. Boil down and grind.
We take
meatballs in the sauce and give it a boil.
I served with white rice.
