Despite finishing and Easter and sometimes because we like going against the trend, today we bring you a recipe for French toast. A friend of mine told me another way of doing things, and I wanted to try it. They toast to life, but what changes is that instead of frying in oil are baked, making them lighter and less greasy.
On the other hand, some of them have done the traditional way with sugar and the other dipped in maple syrup.
Ingredients
- Pan bar, preferably the day before, cut into slices.
- 1 bowl of milk (optional: half a glass of wine or sweet Moscatel)
- 1 bowl with beaten egg
- lightly greased baking paper
- Granulated sugar, syrup maple, honey ....
Mode them
Preheat oven to 250 º C.
Pass the bread slices in milk first and then per egg. Place on the sheet of paper placed over a baking tray half way up. Let them bake until golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with sugar, bathe him with maple syrup, honey or whatever you like.
