MAYONNAISE RECIPE OF CREAM OF BROCCOLI WITH GOAT CHEESE

Broccoli is very rich and lends itself to prepare in different ways: boiled with mayonnaise, steamed, baked au gratin with bechamel sauce, salad, or as in this time in cream.

vegetable is known as the medicine for the many good properties it has, because it is rich in vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

- 1 pound of broccoli
- 1 goat cheese than 180 grams.

salt - 1 brick of cream of 200 ml.
- 1 scoop of Knorr vegetable stock

Prepared

Cut the broccoli into florets by removing the thicker parts of the stems. What we cook for 4 minutes in salted water to which we will have added the Knorr vegetable scoop.

Remove from heat and add half the goat cheese and cream. Grind.

Serve hot with remaining cut the goat cheese on top.
