GINGER BEEF ROLLS
Ingredients:

- 1 package of 8 sheets filo pastry
- 1 / 2 kg. minced meat
- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- sunflower oil
Preparation:
finely chop the leeks and carrots and threw in a pan with a little oil to brown. Then add the minced meat and when it is golden brown and threw the cornstarch diluted in soy sauce and ginger powder. Let cool.
Cut each sheet of filo pastry into 4 pieces and we're making the rolls.
Fry in sunflower oil.
RICE CONGRIO
Ingredients:
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 1 cup black beans soaking made the previous day.
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1

- 1 bay leaf
- 100 grs. cubed bacon
- 3 cups broth from cooking the beans

Prepared
Boil the beans pressure cooker for 20 min. approx. (Depending on each pot). Drain and reserve broth.
Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
We take a splash of oil in the pan and brown them in the vegetables and bacon. Add the bean broth, washed rice, beans, salt, bay leaf and oregano. Boil covered for 35/40 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more stock if it were necessary.
